For women navigating life after loss

A gentle three-day gathering where women can pause, breathe, create, and begin reconnecting with themselves after loss.

Hi, I’m Jen Ripa.

I am a grief guide, creative practitioner, and founder of Thrivologie.

For more than two decades, I’ve worked with women navigating profound life transitions through coaching, creativity, and compassionate reflection. Thrivologie was born from the understanding that grief does not simply ask us to survive. It asks us to rebuild our relationships with ourselves and life itself.
You don’t have to do this alone.

What We Will Explore Together

Day 1

Entering the Cocoon

Entering the Cocoon Grief often leaves us feeling exposed, disoriented, and untethered. On this day, we’ll create a protective inner space where your nervous system can soften, your breath can slow, and your story can be honored without urgency or judgment.

Day 2

Listening to What Remains

Listening to What Remains In the weight of loss, it can be hard to feel anything but absence. On this day, we’ll gently turn toward what still exists within your life: love, memory, creativity, and meaning. They are still there. We’ll find them together.

Day 3

Opening the First Door Forward

This is not about moving on, but gently discovering how to move forward while still carrying love.

At Thrivologie, I believe every woman deserves a space where her grief is honored and her humanity is gently held.

Jen’s approach embraces the full human experience. She creates a space where women can:

Hero
Feel seen and understood

Experience the relief of being in a space where your grief is acknowledged and gently held.

Hero
Reconnect with Yourself

Through reflection and gentle practices, begin to feel grounded, present, and supported.

Hero
Begin to soften and breathe again

Allow space for small moments of steadiness, expression, and meaning to return.

If you are here, you may be carrying a grief that few people truly understand.

  • Perhaps the world kept moving while your life stood still.
  • Perhaps people stopped asking how you were doing.
  • Perhaps you are exhausted from trying to appear "okay" while your heart feels permanently altered.
